§ 131.05 OFF-ROAD DRIVING.
   (A)   It shall be considered an unlawful breach of the peace for any person to operate any motor vehicle off-road in such a manner as to alarm or disturb another and to provoke a breach of the peace.
   (B)   For purposes of this section, MOTOR VEHICLE shall be defined as any motorized machine or device, including, but not limited to, automobiles, motorcycles, motorbikes, snowmobiles and all-terrain vehicles (ATVs).
