It shall be unlawful for any person to commit panhandling. A person commits panhandling when he or she does any of the following:
(A) Is idle having no visible means of support and lives without lawful employment by going from door to door or placing himself or herself in the streets or other place to beg food, money, drinks, lodging or other things for himself or herself or his or her dependents; or
(B) Lodges himself or herself in or on the property of another without the permission of the owner or party entitled to possession thereof.
