§ 113.68 POSSESSION AND EXHIBITION OF LICENSE.
   Every person receiving a permit issued pursuant to this subchapter shall at all times while soliciting or canvassing within the village, carry upon his or her person the registration permit and shall exhibit the same whenever he or she is requested to do so by any officer or resident of the village.
