§ 113.42 NOTICE OF REVOCATION; HEARING; MAILING.
   Notice of the hearing for the revocation of the permit shall be given in writing, setting forth specifically the grounds of complaint and the time and place of hearing. The notice shall be mailed, postage prepaid, to the permittee at his or her last known address or at an address contained in the registration statement. The notice shall be mailed at least five days prior to the date set for the hearing.
