§ 113.16 IDENTIFICATION BADGE OR EMBLEM.
   Soliciting organizations shall provide each individual engaged in solicitation with identification in the form of a badge or emblem which identifies that individual and the organization. The identification badge or emblem shall be worn at all times during such solicitation.
