§ 111.37 EXEMPTIONS.
   Persons who appear in a state of nudity and participate in a modeling class operated by the following institutions will not be subject to the provisions of this chapter:
   (A)   By a junior college, college or university that is supported partly or wholly by taxation;
   (B)   By a private college or university which maintains and operates educational programs in which credits are transferable to a junior college, college or university that is supported partly or wholly by taxation; or
   (C)   In a structure:
      (1)   Which has no advertising or sign visible on the exterior of the structure that indicates a nude person is available for viewing;
      (2)   Where a student must enroll at least three days in advance of the class in order to participate; and
      (3)   Where no more than one nude model is in the building structure at one time.
