For purposes of this chapter, measurements shall be made in a straight line, without regard to intervening structures or objects from the property line of the adult use to the nearest property line of another public or private elementary or secondary school, licensed day care center, cemetery, public park, public housing, municipal or other public buildings, place of religious worship, residential zoning district or adult use.
