§ 111.10 TRANSFER OF LICENSE.
   (A)   The license shall be solely a personal privilege and shall not constitute property. The license shall not be subject to attachment, garnishment or execution.
   (B)   The license shall not be transferable to any person to whom it was not issued.
   (C)   The license shall permit the licensed activity only on the location described in the application and license.
