(A) The applicant, at the time of application or at the time for renewal of any such license, shall be compliant with all the terms of this chapter.
(B) Every license issued pursuant to this chapter shall be for one year and shall commence on May 1 of each year and shall terminate on April 30 of the following year, unless sooner revoked, suspended or terminated pursuant to the terms of this chapter.
(C) A renewal license shall be filed by the applicant with the Village President or his or her designee no less than 60 days prior to expiration of his or her current license.
