That Fireworks Use Act (ILCS Ch. 425, Act 35), the Pyrotechnic Distributor and Operator Licensing Act (ILCS Ch. 225, Act 227), the State Fire Marshal’s Pyrotechnic Distributor and Operator Licensing Rules (Title 41, Chapter I, Part 230) and Pyrotechnic and Consumer Display Permitting Rules (Title 41, Chapter 1, Part 235), all of which as may be amended hereafter, are hereby adopted in their entirety and incorporated by reference and may be enforced by the local authorities to the extent permissible by law and not inconsistent with the laws of the State of Illinois.
