§ 96.03 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   AUTHORITY HAVING JURISDICTION, CHIEF OF THE FIRE PREVENTION BUREAU, FIRE OFFICIAL or FIRE PREVENTION BUREAU. The Fire Chief.
   BOARD OF TRUSTEES. The Board of Trustees of the District.
   CORPORATE COUNSEL. The attorney for the Elwood Fire Protection District, Will County, Illinois.
   FIRE PREVENTION ORDINANCE, FIRE PREVENTION CODE, THIS CODE, THE ORDINANCE or CODE. This Fire Protection District Fire Prevention Ordinance in its entirety, including the codes adopted by reference herein.
   MUNICIPALITY. The Elwood Fire Protection District, Will County, Illinois.
