§ 95.24 SCOPE OF ENFORCEMENT.
   Nothing in this subchapter shall be construed as regulating any noise emissions originating outside of the village. Nothing in this subchapter shall be construed as impairing the cause of action, or legal remedies, including actions under the rules and regulations of the Illinois Pollution Control Board, of any person or the public arising from the emission or release of noise from any source whatsoever.
