§ 95.03 NOTICES TO OWNER; FEES.
   (A)   Five calendar days prior to the village cutting nuisance greenery pursuant to this subchapter, the village shall, via certified mail and/or posting, provide to the owner of the affected real estate a notice that nuisance greenery exists on the property in violation of this subchapter. This notice shall inform the owner that unless the owner cuts the nuisance greenery within five calendar days of the notice, the village will cut the nuisance greenery and charge the owner a fee attributable to the cost of doing so.
   (B)   Upon the village cutting nuisance greenery pursuant to this subchapter, the village shall, via certified mail and/or posting, provide the owner of the affected real estate a notice of the costs incurred by the village, and to be paid as a fee by the owner. This notice shall inform the owner of the amount of the fee to be paid, the basis upon which the village calculated the fee, the method or methods for payment of the fee, and the due date of the fee. Fees charged under this subchapter shall be due within 30 days of this post-cutting notice.
