(A) Residents and non-residents of the village may apply to reserve village-owned baseball/softball fields through use of the village’s application for use of facilities, a copy of which is attached to Ord. 1030 and is incorporated herein by reference.
(B) Applications for use of village baseball/softball fields must be submitted to the village at least 30 days prior to the date for which the parks or fields are requested.
(C) The Village Administrator or designee shall review applications for use of village parks or fields, and may either approve or deny the application, at his or her discretion, based on any factor deemed appropriate by the village.
(D) Unless waived, at the discretion of the Village Administrator, applicant shall be required to pay the following fees prior to issuance of a permit:
(1) Residents: $25/hour with a minimum of two hours.
(2) Non-residents: $40/hour with a minimum of two hours.
(3) Residents for entire season: $40 for the first game and $15 per game thereafter (must pre-pay for all games).
(4) Non-residents for entire season: $60 for the first game and $25 per game thereafter (must pre-pay for all games).
(E) Authorized users of village baseball/softball fields pursuant to an approved application are responsible for any setup and cleanup of the baseball/softball fields. Failure to leave a field in the same condition in which the user found it shall be grounds for the village to disqualify the user from further use of the village’s baseball/softball fields.
