§ 94.05 FUNDRAISING POLICY.
   (A)   Activities held in a village park may not be geared toward profit making, either by selling or solicitation. Admission fees may not be charged for private monetary gain.
   (B)   Fund-raising activities are permitted when a “state registered, not-for-profit group” will be the recipient of revenues. A letter must accompany the application and include the name of the intended not-for-profit organization and full details of the activity, costs and anticipated revenues. Documentation of a not-for-profit license also must be submitted.
