§ 93.99 PENALTY.
   Any resident or property owner violating the provisions of this chapter shall be liable for the expenses incurred by the village for trimming or removal of the tree, shrub or other planting and shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $250 for each violation. Each day the violation remains after notice shall be deemed a separate offense.
