§ 92.54 DAMAGE TO VILLAGE PROPERTY.
   The owner of any unlawfully installed mailbox or other structure within the public rights-of-way which is determined to be responsible for damage to a village public works vehicle, in the sole determination of the Public Works Director, shall be liable to the village for all such damage.
