(A) A map is attached hereto as § 92.39 below and made part of this subchapter entitled “The Village of Elwood Official Address Base Map”.
(B) This map shall delineate the address base grid, and indicate all areas of the village subject to the provisions of this subchapter.
(C) In the event that a parcel or parcels of land become annexed to the village, this subchapter and map shall be used to assign addresses and to name streets within the area annexed.
