(A) The regulations contained in § 92.03 above shall not apply to any premises or areas of the village that the Village Board has determined lacks sufficient open space, excluding areas set aside for off-street parking, upon which to accumulate snow.
(B) Schedules setting forth these premises or areas shall be on file in the Village Clerk’s Office and may be adopted and amended by the corporate authorities from time to time by resolution.
