§ 91.06 CRUELTY.
   (A)   Any person keeping, harboring or owning a dog, cat or other domestic animal or any other person who shall be cruel or inhumane to a dog, cat or other domestic animal shall be deemed guilty of a petty offense and subject to the penalty provided in this chapter.
   (B)   Any person violating any of the provisions of this section shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined a sum not to exceed $500 plus reimbursement of all costs incurred by the village for the care, custody and feeding of any animal. Any person(s) who shall be convicted of cruelty shall be assessed reasonable charges as may have been incurred by any person(s) providing for the food, care or shelter of the dog or cat, in addition to any fine that may be imposed pursuant to this chapter.
