§ 90.22 CONTRACTUAL INDEMNIFICATION AND SUBROGATION.
   (A)   No conveyance, sale, transfer, indemnification, hold harmless or similar agreement shall be effective to release the owner or operator of any facility or vessel or any person who may be liable for a release or threat of release under this subchapter from the liability imposed under this subchapter.
   (B)   Nothing in this section shall bar any agreement to insure, hold harmless or indemnify a party to the agreement for any liability under this subchapter.
   (C)   Nothing in this section shall bar a cause of action that an owner or operator or any other person subject to liability under this subchapter, or a guarantor, has or would have, by reason of subrogation or otherwise against any person.
