§ 73.08 U TURNS.
   No U turns will be permitted in the Business District. Signs to this effect will be erected at the intersection of St. Louis Street and Mississippi Avenue; Matteson Street and Mississippi Avenue; and Wood Street and Mississippi Avenue.
