§ 72.01 STREET PROHIBITION.
   No vehicle shall be parked on a street, highway or parkway (which consists of the areas between the curb of the street and the innermost edge of the sidewalk) within the village except under the following conditions:
   (A)   Physicians on emergency calls.
   (B)   Emergency vehicles.
      (1)   The driver of an authorized emergency vehicle, when responding to an emergency call or when in pursuit of an actual or suspected violator of the law or when responding to but not upon returning from a fire alarm, may jerk or stand, irrespective of the provisions of this subchapter.
      (2)   The foregoing provision shall not relieve th driver of an emergency vehicle from the duty to park or stand with due regard for the safety of all persons, nor shall such provision protect the driver from the consequences of his reckless disregard for the safety of others.
   (C)   Multiple automobiles. When there are three or more passenger automobiles, each of which is licensed to the same residence address under the provisions of this title, and three or more of said automobiles are present at the same time at said residence address, two of said automobiles shall be parked off the street and parkways and the remaining automobiles, not exceeding two, may be parked immediately in front of said residence address, provided the accumulation of snow on said street does not exceed one inch in depth.
