The driver of a vehicle which is in any manner involved in an accident resulting in injury to or death of any person, or in which damage to the property of any one person, including himself, in excess of $100 is sustained, shall, after complying with the provisions of § 71.090, immediately and by the fastest means of communication submit notice of and report of the accident at the Office of the Police Department.
