§ 71.087 PEDESTRIANS WALKING ON THE HIGHWAYS.
   (A)   Any person walking along and upon improved high-ways shall keep on the left of the laved portion, or on the left shoulder thereof, and upon meeting a vehicle when walking on such paved portion shall step off to the left.
   (B)   Where sidewalks are provided it is unlawful for any pedestrian to walk along and upon an adjacent roadway except at a crosswalk.
   (C)   Intoxication. It is unlawful for any pedestrian who is under the influence of intoxicating liquors to be upon any highway in this village.
