§ 71.085 INTERFERENCE WITH TRAFFIC OR PEDESTRIANS.
   (A)   Streets. No person shall stand in any street or roadway other than in a safety zone.
   (B)   Sidewalks. No pedestrian shall stand upon any sidewalk except as near as reasonably possible to the building line or curb line, if such standing in fact interferes with the use of said sidewalk by other pedestrians.
