§ 71.042 RECKLESS DRIVING.
   (A)   Any person who drives any vehicle with a willful or wanton disregard for the safety of persons or property is guilty of reckless driving.
   (B)   Every person convicted of violating this section shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than $500, and on a second or subsequent conviction shall be fined, not less than $200 nor more than $500.
