(A) No person shall transport, carry, possess or have any alcoholic liquor in or upon or about any motor vehicle except in the original package with the seal unbroken.
(B) A person convicted of violating this section shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $500, and on a second or subsequent conviction for an offense committed within one year after the commission of the first offense, shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $500.
