When Elwood Police escorts are required for the safety of the motoring public pursuant to § 70.099(C), the following fees shall be paid to the village by the applicant: $40 per hour per vehicle based upon pre-estimated time of movement to be agreed upon between the permitting authority and applicant. A minimum fee of $80 shall be imposed per vehicle.
