§ 70.102 PENALTY.
   Any person charged with a violation of § 70.097 herein may be prosecuted for such violation. Any person who pleads not guilty for said violation shall be present in court for the trial on the charge. Any person who pleads guilty or is found guilty of violating § 70.097 shall be fined according to the most current overweight bond schedule issued by the Illinois State Police.
