§ 70.070 EFFECT OF EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS.
   It is unlawful for any person to drive or move, or for the owner to cense or knowingly permit to be driven or moved on any highway any vehicle which, is in such unsafe condition as to endanger any person or property, or which is in violation of any provisions of this subchapter or any laws of the State of Illinois.
