§ 70.050 LICENSE REQUIRED.
   No person or firm residing within the corporate limits of the Village of Elwood or any corporation having its principal office or place of business in said village shall use any motor vehicle upon the streets, bridges, and alleys or other public places of said village, unless such vehicles are licensed as hereinafter provided.
