§ 70.032 UNAUTHORIZED DIRECTION OF TRAFFIC.
   (A)   Except in case of an emergency, it shall be unlawful for any person not authorized by law to direct or attempt to direct traffic.
   (B)   A person convicted of violating this section shall be fined not less than $10 nor more than $500.
