50.14 CIVIL ACTION TO RECOVER AMOUNT DUE.
   (A)   The Village Attorney, or his/her designee, may sue the occupant or user of the property on behalf of the Village of Elwood to recover the amount due plus attorney's fees.
   (B)   If a judgment is entered on behalf of the Village of Elwood against such property occupant or user, that judgment shall act as a lien for the amount due.
