50.09 PROCEDURES FOR BILLING WATER AND SEWER SERVICES.
   (A)   All rates and charges for water and sewer services shall be based upon a regular billing period or cycle of two months, or more frequently as required and determined by the Village President or his designee.
   (B)   Water and sewer service bills shall be mailed by the Village Clerk to the property address charged with such service on a monthly basis.
