(A) A deposit of $75 for water service shall be made with the Village Clerk with each application for water service by any consumer, whether or not he/she is the owner of the premises to be served.
(B) A deposit of $75 for sewer service shall be made with the Village Clerk with each application for water service by any consumer, whether or not he/she is the owner of the premises to be served.
(C) The water and sewer service security deposits shall be retained my the village to ensure prompt payment of all water and sewer bills.
(D) When the water and sewer service to the consumer is permanently discontinued, these security deposits, minus any amount due to the village for water and sewer services, shall be refunded without interest.
