50.04 CLASSIFICATION OF CONSUMERS.

   Consumers shall be classified into the following categories for the purpose of determining water and sewer rates and charges in connection with the products and services provided by the village water and sanitary sewage systems of the Village of Elwood:

   (A)   Residential;

   (B)   Commercial;

   (C)   Industrial; and

   (D)   Governmental/Institutional.
