§ 36.11 MANDATORY RETIREMENT AGE.
   (A)   A mandatory retirement age of 65 is hereby established for all full- or part-time police officers of the Elwood Police Department.
   (B)   All police officers will immediately have a retirement status as of the date of their sixty-fifth birthdays.
