(A) There are hereby adopted rules and regulations to govern the operation and conduct of the members of the Department, specifically, those rules and regulations for the conduct and guidance of all officers and members of the Department which were prepared by the corporate authorities, including any and all amendments that may be enacted by them at a future date, and the whole thereof, of which not less than three copies are filed in the office of the Village Clerk. Such rules and regulations are hereby adopted and incorporated herewith as if they were fully set out at length in this section, and the provisions thereof shall be controlling in regard to the conduct of the members of the Department.
(B) Further, the Village has entered into an Agreement with the Metropolitan Alliance of Police, Elwood Police Chapter #387 (“MAP Agreement”) pursuant to its Ordinance 868, which is hereby adopted and incorporated herein by reference as if fully set forth herein.
