§ 36.01 POLICE DEPARTMENT RECONSTITUTED.
   There is hereby reconstituted a Police Department (the “Department”) for the village. The Department shall consist of a Chief of Police and such other officers, ranks, police officers and employees as shall from time to time be determined by the corporate authorities.
