§ 30.12 APPROPRIATION; LEVY OF TAXES.
   The Board of Trustees may have an appropriation for civil defense purposes in the manner provided by law, and may levy in addition for civil defense purposes only, a tax not to exceed $0.05 per $100 of the assessed value of all taxable property in addition to all other taxes, as provided by “The Illinois Civil Defense Act of 1951.”
