§ 30.05 AGREEMENTS WITH OTHER POLITICAL SUBDIVISIONS.
   The Director of the Civil Defense Organization may negotiate mutual aid agreements with other corporations or political subdivisions of the state, but no such agreements shall be effective until it has been approved by the Board of Trustees and by the State Director of Civil Defense.
