§ 36.12 LIENHOLDER NOTIFICATION SYSTEM.
   The Kenton County Joint Code Enforcement Board shall establish and maintain a lienholder notification system on behalf of the City of Elsmere, Kentucky. The Kenton County Joint Code Enforcement Board shall obtain and maintain priority over previously filed liens, as provided in § 36.10, in accordance with the provisions of KRS 65.8836.
