§ 116.99 PENALTY.

Violation of any of the duties, requirements, or prohibitions contained in this chapter shall be punishable as a misdemeanor, and the person in violation shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine of not more than $500, imprisonment for not more than 12 months, or both.
