§ 115.20 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   "OBSCENE." Conduct, the dominant theme of which taken as a whole, appeals to the prurient interest in sex, which is patently offensive because it affronts contemporary community standards relating to the description or representation of sexual matters, and which is without redeeming social value.
