§ 114.06 UTILIZATION OF LICENSE FEE.
   The license fee collected from insurance companies pursuant to this chapter shall be utilized as follows:
   (A)   One hundred percent (100%) of all insurance license taxes collected shall be paid into the General Fund.
   (B)   The directive in division (A) shall be effective July 1, 2014.
