§ 112.07 BUSINESS TO BE OPERATED IN QUIET, LAWFUL MANNER.
   (A)   Any person having an electronic amusement game or device located on his premises shall have a duty to insure that users of the game or device shall maintain peace and decorum at all times. It shall be unlawful for any licensee to permit any disorderly conduct, as set forth in division (B) below.

   (B)   A person is guilty of disorderly conduct when, with intent to cause public inconvenience, annoyance, or alarm, or wantonly creating a risk thereof, he:
      (1)   Engages in fighting or in violent, tumultuous or threatening behavior; or
      (2)   Makes unreasonable noise; or
      (3)   Refuses to obey an official order to disperse issued to maintain public safety in dangerous proximity to a fire, hazard or other emergency; or
      (4)   Creates a hazardous or physically offensive condition by any act that serves no legitimate purpose.
