As set forth in KRS 137.360, there is hereby levied and established an annual license fee in the amount of $10 per electronic amusement game or device located on any business premises. The license fees levied by this chapter shall be used together with other funds to defray the cost of inspection of the machines, to insure compliance with regulations, and for the general expense of maintaining the city government. The fees collected pursuant hereto shall be placed in the General Fund.
