The most current guidelines pursuant to state law for street paving specifications, approved by the Kenton County and Municipal Planning and Zoning Commission, are adopted by reference as the street paving specifications for the city and all the provisions of the specifications are hereby incorporated as though fully set out herein. A copy of these specifications are on file in the office of the City Clerk for public inspection during normal business hours.
