§ 73.01 OBEDIENCE TO TRAFFIC-CONTROL DEVICES; YIELDING RIGHT-OF-WAY.
   Any person using or operating a bicycle upon the public streets or thoroughfares of the city shall obey the instructions of the official traffic-control signals, signs, and other control devices applicable to vehicles, unless otherwise directed by a police officer and shall yield the right-of-way to all motor vehicles properly using the public streets and thoroughfares.
